The motel's vibrant atmosphere was a perfect fit for our large family, with a spacious Queen Room that felt both cozy and tropical. Jenny's warm welcome, and we loved the lovely pool area for the kids.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available on-site.

We stayed at the neat and updated room with a very modern style. A body wash and conditioner were very handy.

What a fantastic stay! The room was retro tropical and super clean with a comfy bed that made sleeping easy. The shower had amazing pressure, and I loved the attention to detail with the bathroom products. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The price & location . . . our Resort were unable to accommodate us for our last night (we had only booked a couple of weeks in advance), the P D M were close by & for one night we thought we'd give it a try. Bathroom was quite ok. N.B.The P D M has just been sold & the owner was obviously 'holding the fort' until settlement, the previous lessees had obviously done very little to maintain the property. The owner was apologetic re the state of the place.
Very untidy, overgrown garden. Rooms . . . old, unmatched furniture, fixtures, curtains, one chair, very small TV . . . we had to move the bed so we could both watch it!! Under the verandah outside the rooms was extremely dark, & the lights under the verandah were turned off about 11.30pm (I think), making it very unsafe during the night. Everything was VERY tired!!

location only, could now do a lot better since staying in Port Douglas.
a/c noise like DC10,no tray supplied for mugs or glasses 1 only tea spoon supplied fridge not operating cold, small tv on low bench, clock radio could not be seen when in bed, 1 only cane chair supplied.Facilities at pool, bbq, and in room ie toaster, microwave oven need cleaning/replacing Sheets not changed during 4 night stay.Fresh towels not offered without payment. I would not stay ever again, even if I was paid to do so and have no hesitation in passing on the word, and have done so to all friends and relations.

The room was big and clean. There was a place to park the car just in front of the room. The location was very good, just 2 min walking from the beach.
They announced that had Wifi but there was no connection.

Its location, undercover parking, quiet, friendly staff at reception.
It was run down, grubby. In need of a major overhaul.

The location and availability.
It was overpriced for what it offered. The rooms were of very poor quality, the rooms were dingy, the air conditioning was old and loud, a fuse blew in our room meaning most of the outlets stopped working - this included our fridge which melted and created a huge water puddle. There was no help available afterhours.

The location of the motel was ideal, close to shops and restaurants etc and also quiet.
General cleanliness/tidiness of external areas ie car parking and pool areas was sadly lacking. The laundry did not have a dryer and minimal clothes line space. The blind in the bathroom did not cover the entire window. No table in the room. Seeds from an overhanging tree fell loudly on the roof all night.
